    Terms of Service

    1. License & Your Downloaded Content

    Filwiz Pro grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and its software. However, any slicer profiles, calibration data, or other content you download from the service are yours to keep permanently — no strings attached. We will never revoke, restrict, or reclaim files you have already downloaded, even if your account is closed or the service is discontinued.

    2. No Refunds

    All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review the full Refund Policy before purchasing.

    3. Service Provided "As Is"

    The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Filwiz is not responsible for print failures, material waste, equipment damage, data loss, or any other issues that may arise from using generated profiles, calibration settings, or AI recommendations. Users assume all risk when applying generated profiles or AI advice. Always verify settings are within your printer's safe operating parameters before printing.

    4. Right to Discontinue

    We may discontinue the service at any time. If the service is shut down, paid users will lose access and there will be no refunds or compensation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance so they can download their profiles and data before shutdown. All user data will be deleted within 30 days of discontinuation.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid for Filwiz Pro. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or equipment damage.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the software, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.

    7. Account Deletion & Data Export

    You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all of your data — including profiles, calibration results, conversation history, and inventory — will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend downloading any slicer profiles or data you wish to keep before deleting your account. As stated in Section 1, anything you have already downloaded is yours permanently.

    8. Privacy

    Your use of Filwiz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
