Data We Collect
Filwiz collects minimal personal data: your email address (for account login), optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) setup, and usage data (analysis history, saved profiles, inventory items, and calibration results).
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Filwiz service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service and the community filament library.
Payment Information
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Filwiz does not store your credit card number or payment details. We only receive confirmation of your payment status from Stripe. We use Stripe for payments; see their privacy policy.
Data Deletion (GDPR)
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via your account settings. Community contributions (shared filament profiles) will be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve the community library. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Service Shutdown
If the service is shut down, all user data will be deleted within 30 days of the shutdown date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
