PLA-CF requires a hardened steel nozzle due to abrasive carbon fiber content. MFR is 7 g/10min at 190C/2.16kg indicating moderate flow. Tg is 59C and HDT is 53C. Standard print speed range at 215-225C. Enclosure on P2S may cause heat creep; monitor closely and consider partial enclosure ventilation. Dry filament at 50C before use to reduce stringing. Mold shrinkage 0.3-1.1%.
