Profile optimized for Bambu Lab P2S (direct drive, enclosed) with OrcaSlicer. Nozzle temperature set to manufacturer recommended 205°C for standard printing; first layer bumped to 207°C to improve melt flow and bed adhesion on the initial layer. Bed temperature set to 55°C (recommended); first layer raised to 57°C for enhanced adhesion on PEI surface, then drops to 55°C for subsequent layers. Retraction tuned for the P2S direct drive system at 0.8mm/45mm/s — slightly reduced from the datasheet 1mm/50mm/s to account for Bambu's well-calibrated direct drive extruder and minimize stringing without over-retracting. Cooling fan at 100% as mandated by manufacturer to prevent heat creep in the enclosed environment and to ensure good bridging performance; do not reduce fan speed despite enclosure. Flow rate set to 0.98 (manufacturer-tested value) — perform an OrcaSlicer flow calibration to fine-tune for your specific unit. Max volumetric speed capped at 12 mm³/s per manufacturer spec given a moderate MFI of 5–10 g/10min; do not exceed this to avoid under-extrusion. First layer speed reduced to 30 mm/s for reliable adhesion. CAUTION: Heat distortion temperature is only 53°C — do not use printed parts in environments exceeding ~45°C or in direct sunlight. Standard 0.2mm layer height applied for general-purpose use with 0.4mm nozzle.
